LE CONCEPT
Depuis 2010, Rock The Pistes organise des concerts dans une station différente chaque jour, sur le domaine des Portes du Soleil, l’un des plus vastes d’Europe. Les concerts ont lieu en journée, et sont accessibles grâce au forfait de ski !
L’édition 2019 (GAËTAN ROUSSEL, FEU ! CHATTERTON, OFENBACH DJ Set, HYPHEN HYPHEN, CHARLIE WINSTON) a rassemblé 20 000 personnes : 5 000 personnes par concert pour 4 concerts (le set de Gaëtan Roussel a malheureusement dû être annulé pour cause de vent trop violent).
Au programme de l’édition 2022, sont annoncés : GAËTAN ROUSSEL, TRUST, KUNGS & IAM !

THE CONCEPT
Since 2010, Rock The Pistes organizes concerts in a different resort each day, in the Portes du Soleil ski area, one of the biggest winter playgrounds in the world. The live concerts take place on the ski slopes at 1.30pm.
The 2019 edition (GAËTAN ROUSSEL, FEU ! CHATTERTON, OFENBACH DJ Set, HYPHEN HYPHEN, CHARLIE WINSTON) gathered 20,000 people: 5,000 people per concert for four concerts (the set of Gaëtan Roussel has unfortunately been canceled due to violent wind).

2022 : 10ème édition du festival !
Rendez-vous du 13 au 19 mars pour vivre cette expérience unique. Chaussez-vos skis et rejoignez-nous sur les pistes des PORTES DU SOLEIL, dans un cadre exceptionnel et insolite !!!
Des concerts pour tous les skieurs en journée sur des scènes éphémères réparties sur le domaine et uniquement accessibles à ski. Puis des concerts en après-ski dans les stations pour prolonger le plaisir ! Plus de 35 concerts proposés pendant cette semaine LIVE !
Un festival unique en Europe accessible avec un Pass Ski Concert (forfait de ski Portes du Soleil), votre sésame pour une expérience ski + musique ! Ce Pass est disponible à toutes les caisses de remontées mécaniques des 12 stations des Portes du Soleil.
En résumé le festival c'est : 5 artistes majeurs en concert sur les pistes à 13h30 (warm-up DJ sets dès 12h30) + 30 concerts en après-ski au coeur des stations avec des artistes émergents de la scène internationale !

The 10th annual edition of this unique, high-altitude music festival will take place from March 13th to 19tht 2022.

Rock the Pistes packs a whopping 35 concerts into one week, with open-air concerts right on the slopes that are only accessible by ski, and après-ski concerts every evening in the resort villages.
Your Portes du Soleil hands-free ski pass is all you need to access this unique ski & music festival. The ski pass can be purchased at the ski lift company ticket windows in any one of the 12 Portes du Soleil resorts.
The Festival in numbers:
5 live concerts by headline bands on the ski slopes (warm-up DJ sets from 12:30).
More than 30 après-ski concerts by up-and-coming international artists in the Portes du Soleil resorts, from 5pm on.
Rock the Pistes is a unique sensory experience, where pure snow + pure mountain views + pure sound = 100% pure pleasure!
